In recent years, with the vigorous development of infrastructure in our country, urbanization is developing rapidly. The areas covered by mobile signal are becoming more and more complicated because of more buildings. By using a single coverage method only, it becomes impossible to achieve the desired coverage results. This thesis presents a concept that discusses a "high-density residential complex environment comprehensive coverage". By this proposed alternative solution, the complex area can be covered well, and the overall cost of the project can be reduced.This thesis analyzes requirements of the three main factors in wireless network planning. It further states the current problems about district coverage, and the advantages and disadvantages of the main coverage methods. It suggests that the current network construction of the coverage methods is relatively simple, and unable to meet the requirements of more complex wireless area coverage. Therefore, this proposed solution suggests a "high-density residential complex environment comprehensive coverage" in wireless areas. This coverage program takes into account, a variety of ways for different scenarios of coverage, to make coverage planning, capacity planning, frequency planning and investment, meet the needs; then achieve a high-quality wireless LAN coverage effect, to solve the coverage problem efficiently. The single coverage way does not address these needs.Presently, each operator faces two problems at the same time:first, the efficiency of network optimization becomes lower and lower, which means that it is unable to make rapid improvement of network quality by a massive increase in the number of base stations; and second, network construction and maintenance costs account for a large proportion of operating costs. So, how can we save on the investment, without compromising or affecting the quality of the wireless network? Through this study, I am proposing that we can effectively solve these problems by using a "high-density residential complex environment, comprehensive coverage". We can solve the coverage problems which are caused by intensive urbanization of business districts, residential districts, sports stadiums, and. complex scenarios arising from such growth, by utilizing "high-density residential complex environment, comprehensive coverage". In addition, the equipment required for a macro cellular base station is costly, and the coherent facilities require high quality, so the investment and maintenance costs are enormous. However, the "high-density residential complex environment, comprehensive coverage" applies a large number of distribution base stations and remote fiber-optic equipment, which can greatly reduce the number of macro cellular base stations required. Consequently, it can save a lot of initial capital investment and maintenance costs.
