| With the development of advanced manufacturing technology and information technology,modern manufacturing industry uses information technology to upgrade traditional industries and increases the information content of final products to increase their value to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Specifically,In the production and sales process of industrial products,if the public opinions can be properly utilized,it can provide a theoretical basis for decision support of automobile dealers in product upgrading or marketing strategy adjustment.In this paper,based on news and comments from five news portals,hot event identification,hot news distribution feature analysis,hot topic clustering and sentiment analysis for the news and comments are studied.The main work and results are as follows:1.In order to obtain experimental data,this paper designs and implements a news and comment collection system for five news portals.In order to explore the connection between hot news and user behavior,taking the collected news and comments as samples,this paper analyzes the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of the collected data,and improves the heat calculation method based on Hacker News for extracting the most user-focused part of the news.2.In order to obtain hot event information from the emerging news reports,this paper proposes a method for identifying hot news events based on comments by using the similarity calculation method combined with time factor,and then obtains the optimal parameter configuration by experimenting with the identification factors in this method.3.In view of the need for enterprises to understand topic strength discussed by users to guide product upgrading and marketing strategies adjusting,this thesis designs a topic clustering framework based on topic model,and uses the automotive industry as an example to verify its feasibility in a certain industry.4.In order to analyze users' sentiment tendency of hot topics in addition to attention analysis,this paper proposes a sentiment analysis method that integrates reader attitude and news heat,uses the topic of new car launch as an example to verify its feasibility in a certain topic.This thesis studies news hotspot discovery and analysis methods for modern manufacturing based on public opinion,and interprets the specific industry from the perspectives of heat and semantics.This helps enterprises understand the latest needs of users,adjust the marketing strategy,and provide theoretical basis for decision-making. |
