With the rapid development of mobile phone technology and the rising level of people's consumption,the cycle of mobile phone replacement has been shortening,resulting in a sharp increase in the number of used mobile phones.There are a lot of mineral resources in the used mobile phones.The reasonable recycling of used mobile phones is equivalent to mining an invisible mine.Not recycling used mobile phones will not only waste resources but also cause environmental pollution.At present,the state has also introduced some preferential subsidy policies to encourage domestic environmental protection enterprises to engage in mobile phone dismantling.However,due to the high cost of regular dismantling and recycling of used mobile phones,there are very few formal environmental protection enterprises engaged in the dismantling of used mobile phones in China.In order to mobilize the enthusiasm of the formal recycling and dismantling enterprises,it is necessary to increase the profit of recycling used mobile phones,reduce the labor in the course of dismantling,decrease the cost of controlling the dismantling,improve the automation of mobile phone dismantling workshops,shorten the delivery time of used mobile phones,and improve efficiency.This paper takes the mobile phone dismantling workshop of an environmental protection technology company in Sichuan as an example.Through the analysis of the current situation of the dismantling workshop layout and the existing equipment,combined with the actual situation of the enterprise,the logistics automation system of the mobile phone dismantling workshop at the present stage is designed.The multi-AGV scheduling problem after the expansion of the 2nd floor dismantling line of the mobile phone dismantling workshop is studied.The realization of the logistics automation system of the mobile phone dismantling workshop has the following four steps: Firstly,according to the existing equipment layout on the first floor of the dismantling workshop,the actual situation of the workshop and the characteristics of the transportation mode of the used mobile phone,the overall scheme of the sorting line palletizing system is determined.Secondly,according to the characteristics of transportation materials in the dismantling workshop,the AGV for mobile phone dismantling workshop is designed and manufactured jointly with AGV manufacturing company.Then,the elevator-roller line is designed to complete the automatic transportation of materials between the first floor and the second floor of the dismantling workshop.Finally,the material control system of the dismantling workshop is designed to realize the automatic transportation of the dismantling workshop materials and the informationization of the logistics process of the dismantling workshop is realized.The multi-AGV scheduling problem after the expansion of the disassembly line has mainly completed the following three aspects: Firstly,according to the expanded dismantling workshop situation,the appropriate map modeling method is determined,on this basis,the Floyd algorithm is used to solve the single AGV path planning problem in the dismantling workshop.Secondly,according to the task scheduling characteristics of the dismantling workshop,the multi-AGV task scheduling problem in the dismantling workshop is established.Aiming at this problem,an improved genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem,and the feasibility of the algorithm is verified by Matlab simulation.Finally,a waiting strategy is proposed to solve the conflict problem of AGV scheduling in the dismantling workshop.
