In today's era of supply chain competition play an important role in the competition between enterprises,under the background of the storage for an enterprise to improve the service level,reduce logistics cost function increasingly highlight,ware-housing account for social total cost of logistics,as a percentage of gross domestic product is also rising,with the vigorous development of the industry operational efficiency of the warehouse will not only affect the individual enterprises,the impact on the entire supply chain is also very big,about can improve customer service level directly,storage can reduce total cost.With the development of information technology,consumers have more and more demands for customization.How to improve customer service level by shortening response time has become one of the goals pursued by enterprises.At the same time,the restrictions of national policies and the rising cost of land and labor force force enterprises to think about how to improve the utilization rate of warehouse in limited space.Compact and dense storage space and real-time service time have gradually become the development direction of warehousing system.Under the existing conditions of warehouse,it has become a new research direction for the academia to make full use of high-rise space to realize the compactness of warehouse layout,so as to increase the inventory quantity and effectively utilize the space utilization rate,and strive to improve the overall response speed of the system.Auto store system,due to its unique advantages of integration of storage and sorting,compactness and densification,has become one of the highly efficient compactness storage and selection devices favored by the academic circle and e-commerce industry,with the utilization rate of three-dimensional storage space up to 5 times that of ordinary planar warehouse.Based on consulting a large number of warehouse,slotting optimization,on the basis of related literature and data collection for Auto Store warehouse system composition,characteristics,function and operation process of sexual expression in detail,on the basis of the analysis of the various storage methods,set up in this paper,the author studies on the system the scene,through simulation study Auto Store storage container fill rates in the system of the impact of change on the chosen efficiency,draw the container fill rates and picking efficiency relation curve between changes.In order to seek for the premise of a given number of goods,that is,to meet the optimal efficiency and cost of filling rate of the material box,try to provide a new idea and method for the further research of AutoStore compact storage system cargo space optimization.First of all,at home and abroad for compact storage and storage strategy,storage optimization study of related literature,would be found compact storage system has become the focus in the academic circle,but the existing research is a single command system optimization,would be more for emerging compact storage devices Auto store warehouse system has not yet systematic research.Secondly,this paper introduces and analyzes the characteristics of Auto Store compact storage system,operation flow,two storage modes of dedicated storage and Shared storage,two storage strategies of random storage and partition,two cache stack selection principles of turn-over operation and two rules that hinder the placing of material boxes.To determine the work environment,this paper studies the system in special storage strategy placing orders based on dual command time model to build the Shared storage instant order cost efficiency model restructuring mode,with the help of the model can calculate the average selection efficiency under different container fill rates and costs,to explore the system of material box filling rate and the relationship between the sorting efficiency,finally,using MATLAB for simulation models.
