Design Of Beer Bottle Liquid Level Online Detection System Based On Android Mobile Phone

With the large-scale development of the beer industry in China,the beer industry has become an indispensable part of the national economy.However,the development of beer equipment technology in China is still at a preliminary stage.Comparing with foreign countries China has a long way to develop,especially in the part of beer filling line detection.Moreover,the traditional manual detection method has failed to meet the requirements of precision and speed.In this way,using OpenCV image detection system has the advantages of high precision and non-contact.When the OpenCV image detection system is applied to the beer bottling level detection,company could effectively avoid the defect of manual detection and increase the level of intelligence and efficiency of production systems.In order to achieve the non-contact detection of beer bottling level by portable equipment,this paper claims an online system of beer bottling level detection using multiple Android mobile phones.The main tasks are:using image capture triggers composed of photoelectric switches and encoders to provide signals for mobile phone work,enabling mobile phone cameras to collect raw beer bottle images;using the OpenCV vision library to perform the perfect porting in the Android system and performing programs on Android smart phones,designing an online software of automatic beer bottling level detection in the Android mobile,and saving the test data;finally,using the WIFI to transfer data to the PC side to save and to analyze.This article uses multiple Android 7.0 system Huawei Glory V9 mobile phones(phone configuration:running memory 6G,processor Hisilicon Kirin960)to test multiple 640*480 pixel images,completed the beer bottling level detection,gave full play to OpenCV in the accuracy of image processing,enabled the smart phone to use in the detection of beer filling line,verified the feasibility and effectiveness of this method,and laid the foundation of the OpenCV image processing technology widely using in other visual detection industry.
