With the development of microwave passive remote sensing load,the payload information processor is requested in terms of multichannel sampling,high-speed processing and high reliability.This thesis has conducted in-depth research on sampling by parallel multichannel,Intellectual Property(IP)core and the design of radiation tolerance.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)The design of the remote sensing data acquisition unit with program control via parallel multichannel is proposed.The sampling by parallel multichannel,starting time for channel acquisition and sample interval can be controlled as a design goals;this thesis uses a top-down approach to partition functional modules and Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA)coding and wave simulation are implemented.(2)FPGA design is proposed based on the technology of IP core.The processor unit controls the calculation of the gain voltage value and each module by using the 8051 IP core embedded in the FPGA.The use of FPGA resources is reduced by optimizing the multiplier,divider,and bus in the 8051 IP core.(3)Design of radiation tolerance with triple modular redundancy and read back scrubbing is proposed.Within the FPGA,three logic modules with the same function are voted and two pieces of identical results are obtained.To proceed to the program,cyclic redundancy code gets validated through the Programmable Read Only Memory(PROM)data and the data stored in the configuration section;otherwise,refreshing command is sent for rereading the PROM data.Ground-test equipment is used in this thesis to test the single machine.By sending instructions,the single machine can be tested whether the remote sensing and telemetry packages and right voltage gain are sent.Results show that: the single machine can realize parallel multichannel sampling in various work modes,and control starting time of sampling,sample interval and voltage gain.By establishing reliability models and calculations for the load information processor,it is expected that the reliability of a single machine will meet the requirements.And the above study provides reference to the design of payload information processor of high precision,high speed and high reliability in the future.
