Research On The Development Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation Based On Big Data Technology In Province G

Since the 1980s,the information technologies have developed rapidly,such as 5G,big data,Internet and cloud computing that have changed people's life dramatically.Applying the advanced information technologies to improve the modernized governance has been a major issue to enterprises,public institutions and to the governments of many countries.As the big data technology has been developing fast,using big data to process information is becoming a strategic resource across the world,especially in the targeted poverty alleviation field,it is necessary to efficiently integrate big data technology and idea with poverty alleviation resources.The 13~thh Five-Year Plan is the decisive stage of building a moderately prosperous society,in which poverty alleviation is the top priority.The Chinese government has made a resolution to overcome rural poverty by 2020,which requires that poverty alleviation resources should be concentrated in the places where they are most needed to target different types of poverty.At present,poverty alleviation in China has shifted from the extensive mode to the targeted mode,which has posed a new challenge to the use of big data idea for management.However,such technology is started late in China and is still less effectively applied in the targeted poverty alleviation.This paper reviewed relevant Chinese and overseas literature on the application of big data to the targeted poverty alleviation,and combined with the characteristics of big data,as well as the development of targeted poverty alleviation,to emphatically analyze the application of big data to poverty alleviation in China.In the case study on province G,it introduced the background,development process and achievements of poverty alleviation firstly,then analyzed the problems existed in the application of big data to targeted poverty alleviation and explored the improving path at last.
