C City Based On Risk Theory Optimization Of Network Information Security System Of IRS

With the rapid development of information technology and the increasing popularity of network technology application,the application of high-tech industries such as big data,industry 4.0,and 5G communication has accelerated the comprehensive development of information.Information resources have become one of the important strategic resources for the national economic construction and development.The traditional taxation work methods has been unable to meet the needs of the development of modern taxation.The taxation work's dependence on the network and information systems is increasing.Protecting tax information security and safeguarding the common interests of taxpayers and the state is a major problem that needs to be urgently solved in the current development of national tax information.Based on the risk assessment and security requirements,this article formulates a security framework structure to achieve the goal of comprehensive improvement of the information security system.The specific content is as follows:First taking the network information system of the State Taxation Bureau of C as the analysis object,the risk analysis was carried out from five aspects,such as physical,network,system,and application.Then,based on the actual situation of the State Taxation Bureau of City C,we developed a network system security system upgrade strategy and plan tailored for the State Taxation Bureau of C City.Secondly,according to the formulated theoretical scheme,the actual implementation is carried out.The network information system of the State Taxation Bureau of City C is given from four aspects: the use of network security and firewalls,the implementation of operating system security,the implementation of antivirus systems,and the implementation of data security The specific implementation method of the upgrade has finally achieved the goal of the network system optimization of the C Taxation Bureau.The work in this article will provide a powerful supplement to the information construction of the State Taxation Bureau of C City,and at the same time provide reference experience for the construction of tax information security systems in other provinces and cities,and promote the construction and improvement of national prefecture-level tax information security systems.Promote the construction and improvement of China's tax information security system.
