Research On The Construction Of Information Security Risk Assessment Index System In Smart City

Taking the new road of urbanization is an important strategic plan of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council to speed up the process of socialist modernization and promote the healthy and sustainable development of our economy.On March 5,2019,Premier Li Keqiang of the State Council mentioned in the government work report that promoting coordinated regional development and improving the quality of new urbanization.Intelligent city construction,through the application of new generation of information technology,cracks the "urban disease" problem,innovates the urban management mode,provides efficient and convenient services for residents,and improves residents' sense of happiness and acquisition.It is an effective way to promote the construction of new urbanization and improve the quality of new urbanization in China.Information technology is an important tool for the development of smart cities.The problems of network and information security have been accompanied by the development of information technology.The wide application of new generation information technology,such as big data,cloud computing and Internet of Things,in smart cities has broken the traditional security boundary,increased the risk of leaking privacy of enterprises,institutions and personal information,and seriously endangered social and public security.The problem of information security is more prominent.At present,in the process of building smart cities,China still faces such problems as low localization rate of infrastructure and core equipment,information security being "neglected" and ignoring top-level design of information security in smart cities.What risk factors affect the information security of smart city? How to evaluate the risk of information security in smart cities? It is very important to solve these problems to guarantee the information security of smart city.Only by studying the information security of smart cities,mastering various factors of information security risk of smart cities,constructing a scientific and practical index system of information security risk assessment of smart cities,and carrying out information security risk assessment of smart cities,can these problems be effectively solved,security hidden dangers existing in information security of smart cities can be found and solved in time,and smart city credit can be guaranteed in real time.At present,the research on information security of smart cities at home and abroad mainly focuses on the current situation and challenges at home and abroad,information security risk assessment,coping strategies,information security guarantee system and so on.Basically,it still stays at the stage of theoretical research,and the research on information security risk factors and evaluation index system of smart cities is obviously insufficient.By means of literature analysis,system analysis,qualitative and quantitative methods,this paper systematically combs the risks and risk factors faced by the information security of smart cities,constructs an index system for information security risk assessment of smart cities,and conducts an empirical study on“Jiuhua of smart cities”.Firstly,through combing the relevant literature of information security risk assessment of smart cities at home and abroad,this paper analyses the shortcomings of existing research on information security risk assessment of smart cities,and expounds the importance of building the index system of information security risk assessment of smart cities.This paper combs the concept of information security risk assessment,the basic elements of information security risk assessment,assessment methods and assessment process,and expounds the concept,characteristics,information security status of intelligent city,the information security risks it faces and the essence of information security risk assessment of intelligent city.Secondly,this paper combs the principles of index system construction,introduces the method of index system construction,and puts forward the construction process of information security risk assessment index system of smart city.This paper analyses the risk factors of information security in smart cities from four aspects: asset value,threat sources,vulnerability identification and security measures confirmation.The index system of information security risk assessment of smart city is constructed by screening the index through coefficient of variation.Finally,the“wisdom Jiuhua”is selected as an example to evaluate the information security risk of wisdom city.Through the analysis,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are selected as the risk assessment method.The weight of each index is determined by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the risk value is calculated by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
