In June 2018,CNNIC released the latest "42nd Statistical Report on Internet Development in China".The report pointed out that China's Internet population has reached 802 million,of which the use rate of smart phones has reached an astonishing 98.3%.The network coverage rate of urban netizens also reached 73.7% for the first time.The scale of Internet users in China continues to lead the world,ranking first in the world for ten consecutive years.At the same time,the media industry relies on the rapid improvement of the national economy and the quality of netizens,the rapid development of communication technology and the rapid reduction of access and usage thresholds,quickly becoming the main channel for Internet users to access Internet information.Therefore,in the process of obtaining information from the media,netizens begin to show a clear gap or information differentiation in terms of information acquisition efficiency and efficiency.This gap or information differentiation is the digital divide between media users and the current network environment in China.One of the most prominent contradictions between media users and users.This paper focuses on "the status quo,influencing factors and countermeasures of the digital divide between media users in China".The specific research contents include: first,combing and analyzing relevant literature,constructing measurement index framework,designing related questionnaires and final questionnaire survey data;second,from self-media users,self-media platforms and self-media The content creators analyze the status quo and main influencing factors of the digital divide between media users.The third is to use Matlab to interpret the matrix of the influencing factors to explain the structural equations(ISM)and build the digital divide between media users.The factor explains the structural model;the fourth is to analyze the hierarchical structure of the explanatory structure model to obtain the controllability and impact effectiveness of each influencing factor on the digital divide between media users.Finally,the paper finds that the platform technology service level,content return,content innovation,content review mechanism and user literacy are the main controllable factors arising from the digital divide between media users.Further from how to adjust the information education model,improve the information literacy of self-media users;strengthen the platform structure construction,expand the platform support effect of self-media users;encourage industry content innovation,promote the sharing of high-quality resources and technology users;enhance industry copyright awareness,Improve the quality of original content from media users;improve the market structure of the market,improve the income-oriented model of media content creators,and propose countermeasures and suggestions to narrow the digital divide between self-media users in China.
