Recently with the rapid development of Internet technology,the traditional vending industry has ushered in new development opportunities.Online payment,background management and other technologies make the new generation of vending machines more adaptable to the shopping needs of modern consumers.These technologies also provide a more convenient way of operation and maintenance for enterprise.Based on the development project of the in-situ beverage vending machine of Shandong Ke Da Electrical and Mechanical Technology Co.,Ltd.,an electronic control system of the in-situ beverage vending machine which is mainly controlled by the ARM kernel MCU is designed,with the following characteristics:making a variety of fresh products through controlling the structure action,adopting the way of payment by scanning code,with unified operation management through network background,having the functions of self checking and material allowance calculation.According to the design requirements proposed by the principal,the structure of the control system of in-situ beverage vending machine is analyzed first,mechanical structure and general situation and control requirements of host computer APP is understood,and the process requirements of product fabrication is analyzed in depth.On this basis,the embedded system control scheme is proposed,and the finite state machine model of this system is built.On the hardware design,the multi power supply is adopted to the system.And in order to reduce the interference effects,the signal conditioning circuit processing the control signal and the sensor signal is used.EEPROM storage circuit is designed to realize recording the material margin and product formulation.And the RS232 communication circuit is used to achieve communication with the host computer.Besides the product subroutine,the program of mechanical fault self detection and material allowance calculation is designed,and the data transmission protocol and communication program between APP and the communication program are also designed.In order to realize the burn-in test of the main board,and provide convenience for the test of batch production,the hardware test platform of the main control system is designed,not only reducing the cost of labor,also improving the reliability of the product.After the initial design,the prototype is debugged,and the trial operation is carried out.Through the business data detected in the background during the trial operation,it can be found that the electronic control system of the in-situ beverage vending machine designed in this thesis meets the design requirements,with convenient operation,offering a good shopping experience,and has certain practical value.
