Research On Improvement Of Saas Software Testing Process Management Of CL Company

With the rapid development of global information industry,the production of software has more and more influence in our life and work.In today's increasingly competitive market,how to improve the quality of software is a problem that every software enterprise needs to pay attention to.Therefore,in the process of software development,software quality testing is a very important way to guarantee the quality of software.Therefore,having a more perfect and mature software testing management mechanism is the basis to guarantee the effectiveness and moderation of the software in the process of testing,so as to ensure the quality of the software to the market.This paper takes the test management of Saas software owned by CL company as the research object,and explores how to improve the current management of Saas software test process implemented by CL company from the perspective of software test process management.In the process of exploring,firstly,this paper introduces the related theory of software testing process and the process model touched in the process of software testing.As a basic introduction,this paper analyses the current situation of software test management in CL company,introduces the unique characteristics of Saas software in CL company,and analyses the existing problems of its test management,which mainly manifest in the poor collaboration among various functional departments,unclear requirements,testing process problems and the different problems faced in the current test process.By building an improved model of Saas software testing process management,this paper introduces its scope of application and makes a detailed model analysis in order to achieve the purpose of improving the current problems.Finally,by introducing the application of the improved model in the management of Saas software testing process of CL company,this paper puts forward the plan formulation,version release standard control,use case mode improvement,policy guarantee,implementation of testing process and evaluation criteria of testing results,predicts the implementation effect of the improved model,and completes the research on the improvement measures of management scheme in the process of Saas software testing of CL company.Through the exploration of this paper,we expect to expand the relevant theories of software testing process management,and improve the quality of current software testing activities in relevant fields or companies.
