In the modern industrial production process,especially in conventional power plants,petroleum chemical industry,the full scope of simulation system has been extensively applied,in the training of students,optimizing control strategy,unit verification of reform it has played an irreplaceable role.At present,stimulative simulation model of virtual DCS is gradually becoming the mainstream of industrial process simulation system based on this model retains all functions of distributed computer control system,it is independent between the simulation and production process simulation control system,which can meet the control of operating personnel and technicians training tasks at the same time,compared with non incentive the simulation model has more advantages.The contents of this paper are as follows:Most of the industrial field(including power plant,hydropower station,nuclear power station and so on)the physical structure is complex,the entire production process in the industry is more complex,so the computation and simulation system for industrial process is quite large,requires real-time,high stability and compatibility.As a modeling platform of simulation system,the simulation of industrial support system also needs to provide a stable and efficient and friendly development environment for model development personnel,at the same time with the needs of modern industrial development,which need to derive some assistant functions,including the integration of same tim-management,multi-mode,multi-person cooperative-modeling,compatible communication,online editing debugging algorithm,score evaluation function.Finally,the implementation and application examples of the design system are introduced.
