Social networks such as Sina Micro-blog and WeChat are on the social stage at a rapid pace and infiltrate into the daily lives of each of us.With the rise of new media,all walks of life have joined their camps in an effort to promote the further development of the industry and increase the quality.As an industry that is deeply intertwined with new Internet media,tourism has ushered in unprecedented new challenges while leveraging the power of the network platform to bring development and opportunities.That is,the tourism public sentiment crisis in the new environment,such as "Phoenix ancient city charging incident","Qingdao high price shrimp","Female tourist attacked in Lijiang" and so on.These negative news have aroused widespread concern from all walks of life and have had a huge impact on the image of tourism destinations and the development of tourism activities.The tourism public opinion crisis is the product of the development of platform economy virtualization.The existing tourism crisis management system lacks attention to the tourism opinion crisis.Based on this,this paper carries out the following research.Firstly,by sorting out the existing achievements of domestic and international tourism crisis management and related literatures on online public opinion,a new classification rule of tourism crisis category is proposed,which explains the concept of tourism public opinion crisis from the perspective of network public opinion and As the research subject of this article.The case of “Lijiang female tourists being disfigured” is a typical case.The web crawler tool is used to obtain relevant data in the Sina Weibo platform,and the data is cleaned through the preprocessing process,and the event-related corpus is obtained as the data foundation of the research.Secondly,the theory framework of sentiment analysis is introduced,combined with topic analysis,keyword extraction and other technologies and crisis life cycle theory to analyze the tourism public opinion crisis.The results show that: 1 public psychology has “magnification effect”.The public's evaluation of crisis events is more easily concealed by the most prominent behavioral features in the public opinion field,while ignoring the objective laws of the events themselves,leading to the evaluation results of the points.2 The sensational topic triggered by the incident has two evolutionary modes of deep development and horizontal diffusion,and new topics are derived.The new lyric topic is accompanied by the peak of negative emotions.3 The public sentiment crisis caused by public security is sudden and evanescent,and the length of the event life cycle has significant uncertainty.Finally,based on the research results,a targeted management inspiration is proposed.The research has certain guiding significance for the public opinion governance of the tourism industry and the related practical work of tourism crisis management.
