In the current TV media environment, the development of Heritage and Museum TV Programs is fierce, but to balance sociality and contemporary is a good way to achieve positive communication effects.Sociality refers to the influence of programs on the audience, the era means programs should adapt to the various needs of the current era and promote the development of the times. The role of both is the “people” living in the moment, that is,the audience of Heritage and Museum TV Programs. This two-way communication mode from one-way communication to audience participation is not only the development direction of media communication, but also the general trend of cultural development. In order to interact more frequently with the audience,in addition to using information technology as a technical support,TV also actively explores the audiences` hobbies and acceptance habits, turns the audience from a passively accepted position to an active choice.Only this can best meet the needs of the audience and produce high-quality programs that meet the expectations of the audience, thus making them in a favorable position in the increasingly fierce media competition. This kind of program production concept based on the audience coincides with the “reader-centered” view of accepting aesthetics. The aesthetic theory attaches importance to the subjective initiative of readers in literary works. It is believed that the author should fully consider the acceptability of different readers in literary creation. With the development of theoretical research, its reader identity has also been applied to different fields such as painting, music, film and television, which provides a unique theoretical research direction for the multi-angle study of audience acceptance and promotion of the perfection and innovation of such programs. This article aims to combine the theoretical research with the two cases of National Treasures and Every Treasure Tells a Story under the guidance of aesthetic theory, and also includes narratology, culture,Aesthetics, communication and other related theories, based on the ideas provided by the three theories of “potential audience”,“Summoning” and “Expecting Vision”,to interpret the program ideas, program texts, and programs of Chinese Heritage and Museum TV Programs. This article includes an introduction and four main parts. The introduction introduces the origin of the research, the significance of the topic, the related research summary and the content and methods of the research.Part One is based on the theory of “implicit readers(audience)” to analyze the creative concept of the Heritage and Museum TV Programs, including the information acquisition to meet the common sense of the audience, the presentation based on the psychological needs of the audience and the theme of the program to give the audience spiritual needs.Part Two is based on the “Summoning Structure”,summarizing the different "calling" construction methods between two cases.Part Three is based on "expectation vision".The theoretical enlightenment analyzes the value realization, which are mainly divided into communication methods and value depth. The fifth part is the conclusion.Although there are some problems in the current Heritage and Museum TV Programs,it is inspired by the theory of aesthetics.Under the theoretical revelation, there is still room for great progress in Heritage and Museum TV Programs, and it will continue to have a profound impact on the media, audience and society.
