| As China's economy enters a new stage of high-quality development from the stage of rapid growth,how to further improve the quality of the supply system has become the top priority of China's current work.In recent years,the characteristic towns with strong response are the innovative measures of China's deep supply-side structural reform.Building acharacteristic towns can effectively promote the scientific integration of regional resources,deepen the optimization of regional industrial structure,and solve the domestic supply problems.The characteristic towns benefit from the promotion of national policies and the promotion of social capital.Cultural tourism towns,agricultural towns,sports towns and other towns are all in an endless stream,and the cultural tourism towns occupy half of the characteristic towns.Due to the short development time of cultural tourism town in China,local governments and investors lacked the experience of building cultural tourism town,and did not pay enough attention to the positioning of the town,resulting in chaos in the domestic cultural tourism towns,and even some provinces appeared a lot of empty towns.Therefore,how to accurately locate the cultural tourism town is an issue that must be studied in depth.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the function types,positioning participants and precise positioning research of the cultural tourism town.The main contents are as follows:(1)Defining related concepts such as characteristic towns,cultural tourism town,etc.,analyzing and summarizing the development history of China's cultural tourism industry and the cultural tourism town,and carrying out the type of cultural tourism town based on the regional distribution and characteristics analysis of the cultural tourism town Summary of functions;based on the concept of sustainable development and regional economy as the theoretical basis,combined with my domestic successes and failures,the analysis of the factors affecting the positioning of the cultural tourism town.(2)Identify the main participants of the cultural tourism town,identify the work content and role of the local government,planning and design institutions and investors;build a positioning workflow,and conduct a phased analysis of the positioning work in the project development process.(3)Using the regional economic theory to collect the influence factors of the cultural tourism town position;use the genetic algorithm to optimize the traditional BP neural network,collect the domestic literary town project as a training and prediction sample,and construct BP neural network and genetic neural network.Train and predict the sample.(4)Taking Lingshan Town as an example for data collection and analysis,based on the prediction results of genetic neural network,combined with the actual situation of the region to choose the best positioning of Lingshan Town. |
