With the introduction of the concept of Industry 4.0,intelligence has become an inevitable trend of industrial development,and the industrial Internet came into being.With the further development of the industrial Internet,there are more and more sensor devices in the industrial production environment,generating a large number of heterogeneous data types,and the amount of data also shows an explosive growth trend.How to effectively control equipment and data becomes an urgent problem to be solved.The existing control system does not reasonably optimize the data in terms of data transmission,and the huge data volume leads to problems such as high bandwidth cost and low transmission efficiency.In terms of data management,there is a lack of a dynamic parsing and versatile data processing platform for heterogeneous data.At the application service layer,there is a lack of efficient device reverse control mechanisms.In response to these problems,this paper combines the characteristics of cloud computing services,conducted systematic research and design,and realized a modular and scalable industrial Internet management and control system.Firstly,this paper expounds the related technologies of industrial Internet management and control system,and uses these technologies to design the overall architecture of the management and control system.The whole system is divided into data transmission layer,data integration layer and application service layer.At the data transmission layer,the existing IoT data compression technology is studied,and an efficient compression algorithm is proposed for the industrial Internet data with slow change trend.At the same time,the device authentication module is designed.At the data integration layer,based on the cloud The characteristics of the calculation design a dynamic and scalable data processing service for heterogeneous industrial data.In the application service layer,the reverse control module of the device is designed to improve the efficiency of the reverse control and interface the data processing results.Presentation and user interaction interface design.Then,with the cloud platform service as the technical support,the implementation of the system layer of the industrial Internet management and control platform was carried out.The technical selection and workflow of each part of the control platform were introduced.The cloud deployment and function concatenation were carried out for each module.It is followed by testing of the entire industrial Internet management system,which is divided into three parts:the algorithm efficiency test of the data transmission layer,the system function test of the data integration layer,and the performance test of the whole system operation.The test proves the efficiency of the compression algorithm and the reliability and stability of the entire system function.Finally,it is concluded that the control system designed by the article improves the redundancy of data transmission,the dynamic analysis of heterogeneous data and the efficient reverse control of equipment through the optimization of data transmission layer,data integration layer and application service layer.
