With the development of intelligentization,traditional PLC is difficult to achieve network connection and mutual visits across platforms.Data transmission has become an obstacle to intelligent development.With the diversification,personalization and small-scale of customer orders,the development of the production system is coming more flexible(that is,the same production line can produce different products according to different orders).But the traditional hardware PLC needs a long process of downloading and debugging to achieve personalized,customized production tasks.Therefore,this paper proposes to relocate the existing automation control system to the big data platform with cloud computing,realizing the upgrade from automation to intelligence.The ICICOS system proposed in this paper is used to relocate the existing automation control system to the big data platform with cloud computing to realize the upgrade from automation to intelligence.ICICOS Industrial Cloud Intelligent Control System is based on the Matiec project,OpenPLC organization and Beremiz project for secondary development,innovatively integrates the project development into Docker container cloud,enriching the research ideas of domestic IEC61131-3 programming development.The specific work and contributions of this paper are as follow:First,the development of PLC core system in Docker cloud computing terminal and the field hardware communication by TCP/IP Modbus protocol implement data acquisition and transmission control of different fields,different regions and various devices.Second,the controlled kernel is placed in the cloud platform,and the control logic is sent to the embedded hardware system through the communication protocol to ensure the consistency of the data.And the program loading and debugging is implemented by Web page.Third,IEC61131-3 international standard is referred for programming,achieves five standard programming languages,including LD(ladder diagram),FBD(function block diagram),SFC(sequence flow diagram),IL(instruction table)and ST(structured text).All programs are parsed into ST(Structured Text)language by the editor.Finally,using the kernel to parse the language to achieve remote control.The application of the system can be easily integrated with the construction of big data and artificial intelligence algorithms,thus facilitating the smooth transition from automation to intelligence and effectively solving the technical gap between automation and intelligence.
