At present,industrial Internet has become a common choice for all industrialized countries to realize intelligent manufacturing and build new advantages of manufacturing.Extruder is one of the most commonly used equipments in plastic molding machines.It is a trend to realize remote collection and data sharing of equipment integrated information with industrial Internet technology.Based on the analysis of the demand for the remote integrated information collection of the cross-domain Internet,this paper analyzed and studied the key technologies involved: selecting the cloud server as the collection host by comparing traditional server with cloud server technology,and adopting the type of database and the structure of the software system architecture for the acquisition system in this cloud environment.Based on the established system scheme,a complete set of extruder integrated information remote acquisition system was designed,including:(1)Design and development of the background data acquisition program based on C/S architecture.First,it achieved cross-domain remote access of extruder using VPN technology,then used C# to develop the equipment acquisition program for operating parameters and geographic location,which could achieve OPC data acquisition for the S7-200 and S7-1200 PLC,GPS positioning data reading and MySQL database storage for comprehensive information,and other functions.(2)Development of the foreground demonstrated program of integrated information for extruder based on B/S structure.Real-time operating parameters,historical data curves and geographical position information were displayed through this platform,among which the form of historical data curves provided the function of positioning key points by dragging mouse,so the key data could be accurately viewed.In addition,the foreground program was equipped with user management functions to ensure the system security.The system could meet the design requirements during testing process under various conditions.It had very high application value,especially in reducing the realization and running cost of the system by combining with cloud technology,and in providing experiences and references for small and medium-sized enterprises to establish remote data acquisition systems.
