As the fourth generation of new light sources,LED has been widely used in various places.With the improvement of people's living standards,people have not only met the needs of basic lighting,but now they are pursuing high-quality and healthy lighting.The existing LED light source in the market still has a low color rendering index and high blue light damage.There is no excessive consideration of the influence of the light source on the human circadian rhythm,and there is also a lack of a uniform standard for the full evaluation of the LED illumination source.Therefore,based on these problems,by effectively encapsulating the package materials such as chips and phosphors,high-quality white light with high index,low blue light damage,closer to the standard light source,and circadian rhythm illumination is prepared to meet daytime and work-learning.When used;a healthy sleep lamp that effectively avoids the influence of the LED light source on the circadian rhythm of the human body and a healthy home illumination source at night;and a comprehensive evaluation method of the high-quality LED illumination source according to the existing evaluation standards and methods.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Evaluation of high quality LED lighting sources.By comparing the existing standard advantages and disadvantages of evaluating the color rendering of the light source,the three indicators of general color rendering index Ra,color fidelity Rf and color saturation Ra are used to jointly evaluate the color rendering of the illumination source;in combination with IEC/EN 62471 Standard and TUV Rheinland evaluate the use of blue light damage,which defines the blue light hazard ratio Br of the spectral power distribution of the LED source;defines the spectral continuity of the LED light source by comparing the spectral light power distribution difference between the LED source spectrum and the standard source.Combine these five indicators to jointly evaluate the performance of LED lighting sources.(2)Preparation of high quality white LEDs.Firstly,based on the existing low-profile problem of Ra80 LED,a single blue-light chip with a peak wavelength of 450-452.5nm was used to prepare experimental samples by adding cyan phosphor and long-band red phosphor,which significantly improved the LED light source.On the basis of this,in order to further reduce the harmful blue light,the experimental samples were prepared by using a long-wavelength single-blue chip with a peak wavelength of 460-462.5 nm.The calculation results show that B,is significantly reduced,but Ra,Rf,Rg and Cs are relative to The former samples have been reduced;combined with the problems of the samples prepared by the single blue chip,the experimental samples were prepared by using dual blue light chips with peak emission bands of 445-447.5 nm and 465-467.5 nm.The samples prepared by the blue chip are closer to the standard light source,and the values of Ra,Rf,Rg,Br,and Cs are excellent,and 2700K-6500K full color temperature white light is prepared by using this scheme;in order to compensate for the lack of the prepared light source in the violet portion Further improving Rf and Cs,experimental samples were prepared using violet chips with wavelengths of 410-412.5 nm and 415-417.5 nm,respectively,and the results showed that violet chips were used.The prepared samples have further improvement than the samples prepared by the dual blue chip,Rfand Cs,and can also provide sufficient light source stimulation,inhibit melatonin secretion,and maintain high efficiency and alertness,thus indicating the preparation using the violet chip.White light is more high quality and is more suitable for daytime and work study.(3)Preparation of healthy sleep lights and healthy illumination sources at night.Both sources are based on the effect of light on the circadian rhythm of the human body.Four kinds of sleep light sources were prepared by using violet light chip and blue light chip with multi-color phosphor.The color temperature was 1800K.The results showed that the sample prepared by purple light chip can reduce the inhibition of melatonin secretion by the light source,and the color rendering index can also be compared.High values can help people sleep well.Based on the research of sleep lamp,two schemes were prepared with violet chip and blue chip.The color temperature was 2700K,and compared with 2700K high quality white light.The results show that the 2700K illumination source made with violet chip is more suitable for night illumination.The effect of light on the inhibition of melatonin secretion is reduced to less than 1/3 of the high-quality white light source,while the color rendering and blue light damage also meet the requirements of basic lighting.
