In this paper, through analyzing the spectrum of noise in the semiconductor laser, we have a detailed analysis on the different noise modules, which are the cradle of causing the output-power-fluctuation of diode laser. Moreover basing on the analysis of the spectrum, we make a novel controlling scheme that is a fuzzy controller compacted with a hardware proportional controller, whose advantages are not only good at excellent precision, but also that high and low frequency noise to the laser wholly can be valid restrained.Adopting the light power controlling system of our design, we carried out a study on the stability of the output-power from the diode laser, with wavelength of 650nm, and from the ASE broadband source respectively.We get the result that the short-term stability of 650nm diode laser is +0.55‰ , and the long-term stability is 1.71‰. On the other hand, the ASE(amplified spontaneous emission) broadband source short-term stability is +0.32‰, and the long-term stability is +0.41‰, and the stability of density of spectrum is superior to + 0.03dBm/nm.
