Research On The "Backstage" Interaction Of Webcasting From The Perspective Of The Drama Theory

Since 2016,the webcast has ushered in explosive growth in China.The number of webcasting platforms has increased rapidly,and the number of anchors and webcast users has expanded significantly.Overall,the webcasting industry has shown a rapid development trend.Therefore,this year is also considered to be China's "first year of webcasting".As an emerging medium in the Internet age,webcasting provides a form different from traditional forms for people's information transmission.It has become one of the basic forms of human social content communication and the basic form of social interaction.More and more people have joined the webcasting.Under the appearance of the booming webcast market,there are many problems.The negative news related to webcasting is often reported by the media,such as obscene pornography,bear children's rewards,etc.The overall evaluation of webcasting by the society is currently dominated by negative.Although these negative comments are not the full face of webcasting,they are actually happening during the interaction of webcasting.To solve these problems,it is necessary to study the webcasting,especially its interactive process,so as to form an accurate understanding of the interactive process of webcasting,and understand the impact and risks of webcasting interaction.Starting from the participants and platforms of webcasting,we will guard against the risks in the field of webcasting and promote the orderly and healthy development of the webcasting industry.This paper takes Goffman's theory of drama as a research perspective,and considers and studies the interactive process of webcasting.Five parts make up this paper together.The first part is an introduction which explained the research background and significance of this paper from the status quo of webcasting industry.The existing literatures related to webcasting are sorted,and the research methods to be used in this paper,the theoretical starting point of the research and the overall research ideas are determined.The second part is a summary description of webcasting environment.According to the data published by professional organizations,the main interactive forms of webcasting market and webcast,as well as the network anchor and webcast users are described and summarized.The main issues were categorized.The third part is the main body of this paper.Based on Goffman's theory of drama,the interactive process of webcasting and its causes are analyzed.From the perspective of Goffman's theory of drama,the interaction of the webcast is essentially a kind of backstage interaction,which has the characteristics of life and de-role.The interactive venue is the front-end backstage.The main content is the backstage behavior of the anchor,which is completed by the content output of the anchor and the feedback of webcast users.On the basis of in-depth interviews with anchors and webcast users,the author believes that the main reason for the anchor and webcast users to participate in the web live backstage interaction is composite.The anchor is mainly for self-expression,companionship and economic income.The webcast users are mainly to meet the needs of ecstasy and entertainment and to retrieve the lost voice in the real role.This part also compares two similar concepts of backstage interaction and backstage dilemma to more accurately understand the connotation of backstage interaction of webcasting.The fourth part discusses the impact of webcast backstage interaction on anchors,webcast users,and platform and society,and analyzes the risks of this kind of backstage interaction.In the fifth part,based on the analysis of the backstage interaction of webcasting,the author puts forward three suggestions for the future development of the webcasting industry,thus promoting webcasting to play a greater role in China's economic and social development.Every emerging industry can't avoid facing various problems in development.The current development of webcasting in China is also true.Through the analysis of webcast backstage interaction in this article,the author hopes to help people better understand the live webcast,so that the value of webcasting can be fully explored,in order to contribute to the development of China's webcast industry.
