Nowadays,with the rapid development of science and technology,the era of big data has arrived.Data visualization,as an important technology for data display and analysis,can visually display data laws.Based on the background of abnormal traffic attacks,this paper combines network security situation awareness with big data visualization technology.Aiming at the painful points such as poor performance of large data rendering,chaotic lines of abnormal traffic attack,and inability of attack targets to be displayed in real scenes,a B/S-based space-time multi-dimensional big data visualization system is implemented to identify and defend abnormal traffic attacks.The work of this paper mainly includes the following aspects:1.This paper designed and implemented a space-time multi-dimensional big data visualization system based on the abnormal traffic attack background.The system realizes functions such as traffic visibility,attack visibility and target tracking visibility,and optimizes the system from the aspects of performance and visualization effect.This paper also realized the display and interaction of multi-view,multi-angle and multi-dimension of space-time multi-dimensional data.2.In this paper,the K-means algorithm is used to optimize the problem of abnormal traffic attack line confusion.By changing the distance measurement method of the K-means algorithm and clustering the points on the spherical model,the effect of the attack line is drawn by replacing the other points in the cluster with the centroid.It effectively solved the problem of multiple and confusing attack lines in 3D visualization.3.Based on Web3D technology,this paper solves the problem that the target attacked cannot be displayed in the real scene,and achieves the accurate tracking and location of the target attacked host.Combining with the idea of 3D factory,the system displays the data in the real scene,and uses model rendering and code to complete the simulation of the real room.Users can view the attack situation in the room through the system.4.This article uses WEBGL technology to solve the performance problem of massive data rendering on the browser side,and compares the rendering time of different magnitude data points by MapV and WEBGL,and compares the visualization effect of millions of data points.It turns out that WEBGL technology performs better in comparisons,and it uses GPU rendering to improve rendering performance.5.This paper completes the test of system function,performance and compatibility.The function modules and data interfaces of the system are tested in detail.In terms of performance,the loading time of massive data points,the white screen time of the system and the FPS are tested.Finally,the test results are analyzed.
