Research On Visualization Techniques And Application For Data Mining Based-on K-means

With the development of science and technology, it has become an important work to deal with a mass of data . At the same time , the data mining technology started to be developed , which helps users and analysts to find the interesting information from the data set or provided new conclusion directly. And the technology of visualization has been used for solving complex problems for a long time.The combination of them produced the technology of visual data mining.The research work including some original ideas are as follows:1. After having a detailed research on the procedure of data mining , the author proposed views on how to participate in data mining and implemented a system to support these views.2. The paper brings forward a visual method to express the clustering after comparing many kinds of visualization. Also , the paper has a discussion of the advantages and disadvantages of this method.From the study we can see that it's difficult to choose technologies of visualization because of different users and different results of data mining . However , we can also see the user knows the procedure of data mining directly by the visualization method . They can easily participate in the procedure of data mining because of proper visualization method . Therefore, visual data mining is a long but significant work.
