| Nowadays, energy saving and emission reduction is particularly important, asheavy users of coal, fired power plants need to improve their coalyard managementlevel. Taking actions like stacking coal classified, improving coalyard spaceutilization, reducing coal stacking time, preventing coal autoignition, maximize thepreservation of coal-fired heat and timely making the coal storage statistics. Theseactions will avoid the waste of fuel virtually, save coal costs and enhance theenterprises’ benifits. This paper attempts to create a coalyard visualization graphicsystem based web to raise the level of informatization on managing the coalyard, as ameans to enhance the coalyard management level.Coalyard visualization graphic bring the computer vision technology into thefield of electricity production, making a3D visualization model to build a digitalcoalyard, providing information such as stockpile location, coal quality, stackingstatus and coal storage, and visualizing them. All of these help the managers timelypercepting the coalyard dynamics and paying attention to the storage, making for thecoal mixing and purchase plan.As the rapid progress of information technology, there comes the technologycalled Web3D, achieving the computer vision on web pages. WebGL is a new webvirtual implementation technology, drawing web3D graphics without any plug-in.This technology is suitable to enterprise internal network conditions of power plants.This paper makes researchs about several webpage three-dimensional graphicstechnology, and finally chooses WebGL to be the main development way. Combiningwith jQuery and Oak3D framework, the paper implements a coalyard3Dvisualization graphics system in browsers. The system does well in rendering images,highly realistic restoring the3D surface of the coalyard. The entire model has a verystrong sense of three-dimensional. By tracing the mouse drag, we can get amulti-angle observation of the coalyard. The system initially realizes the3Dvisualization imagination of coalyard on web page. |
