With the rapid development of China's economy,the public's demand for spiritual culture is increasing day by day,and museums have become a cultural institution that fills people's spiritual food.The state's free and open policy has changed the operating environment of the museum,resulting in a contradiction between the way and form of service provided by the museum and the service needs of the museum's audience.Nowadays,in the era of building smart cities and using technologies such as AR/VR,museums must change the traditional service methods,focus on the audience's experience and needs,and use new technical means to guide viewers to participate in museum services through conscious service design.Experience creation and improve overall service quality.This topic mainly explores the guiding role and value of the research ideas and methods of service design in the overall framework construction of the museum service system,and optimizes the museum service system to meet the increasingly detailed service needs of the audience.Firstly,the service design theory and the service elements related to museum service design are analyzed and organized.Secondly,through the in-depth interview method,questionnaire survey method and mobile ethnographic research method,the qualitative and quantitative research of the Anhui Provincial Museum is carried out to analyze the audience's service experience in the museum.There are pain points and summarize the audience service needs,that is,to guide the identification needs,to visit the environmental needs,to explain the service needs,to publicize the educational needs,the service facilities needs and the needs of the cultural and creative products;then,to analyze the service system elements of the Anhui Provincial Museum,to sort out the museum audience The visit process,the service process of the museum and the service contact point,research the target audience of the museum through the visual tools of the service design,and subdivide the target audience type according to the behavior pattern difference--the general group,the study group,the group group and the children group,and build Different groups of user journey maps,the core needs of the target audience are the personalized service needs before the visit,the participatory service needs during the visit and the social service needs after the visit;finally,the total service system of the Anhui Provincial Museum is constructed.The framework outputs three design strategies: customized visit mode design,participatory service project design and innovative user experience feedback.The platform is designed to serve the viewer's intelligent navigation APP service platform and WeChat platform.To enhance the service experience of the museum.
