With the rapid development of economy in global,every country has reached to the new era of communication technology,And the popularization of smart phone has been never stopped.At meanwhile,accompany with the development of science and technology,development of smart phone will be speed up in the future.Various smart phone's brands whatever it is overseas or domestic will win the different market share with their different features such as OS,appearance design and others.Today is milestone of smart phone' evolution,how to capture the new opportunity by improving the software capacity with the acquisition is the most important thing for the manufacturer of smart phone.Through exploration on the depth and width of marketing is not only helping Lenovo MOTO smart phone to get out of trouble and also provide the reference for the other manufacturer.Therefore this article is very meaningful and valuable for practice.This article has found some practical problems of Lenovo MOTO smartphone by analysis of marketing environment and situation base on reviewing the marketing theory related.On the one hand,the author did the forecasting about development of smart phone's industry with method of document analysis,case study and comparative analysis and combined that with backgrounds of internet plus era.On the other hand,did depth analysis for opportunity and threat of Lenovo MOTO smart phone in the market with SWOT.By the STP theory.At last redistribute the market and target the new market and customer's group,draw up the new policy of marketing with 4P theory for the improvement of sales volume and popularity of smart phone in the market in the future.
