Application Of Blockchain Technology In Electronic Document Management

With the development of informationization and Internet technology,the way of data storage changes,the traditional archives service industry is also transformed from paper file storage to archival data storage,but the file data is different from the paper file,the file data is faced with the network attack,to a great extent,it is faced with the theft and tampering of archival data,Unable to ensure the security and authenticity of archival data.As a storage base of archival data,digital archives management system is faced with certain risks in the formation,processing,transmission,storage and sharing and utilization of archival information.With the continuous progress of domestic technology,blockchain technology,as a kind of open and transparent,de-centered and trusting database,combined with digital archives management system,can ensure the real and effective information and the security of data,and improve the integrity and scientific nature of the operation of the system while ensuring the sharing and utilization of archival information.This paper studies the application of blockchain in Archives data security,expounds the concept and characteristics of blockchain in view of the problems existing in archival data,and analyzes the key technology of blockchain(cryptography,consensus mechanism,etc.),and analyzes the feasibility of the application of blockchain to the security management of archival data.Then,the practical scheme of block chain application to file data security management is given,and finally the difficulty of implementing the whole scheme and the expectation of the future are traced back.
