The fast-growing Internet has become an indispensable part of people's lives.People enjoy the convenience of the Internet by using a variety of Web applications.However,when users are enjoying the Web services,Web service providers are constantly collecting and controlling users' personal data.In contrast,users have to suffer from the risk of abuse of personal data by enterprises due to the lack of effective means to control their own data.With the emergence of personal data security issues in the era of big data,the security and privacy protection of personal data has become more and more important,and it has caused widespread concern in the security management of personal data in industry and academia.Nowadays,blockchain technology has been widely used in various fields,and it has shown its potential value in personal data security protection.Blockchain technology brings some innovative solutions about personal data because of its decentralization,tamper-free and auditable computing.Inspired by the rapid development of blockchain technology and the increasing importance of personal data security,this paper proposes a personal data security management mechanism.This mechanism is based on blockchain technology,combined with distributed hash table and encryption technology.It is designed for enhancing users' ability to control their personal data,which generated in the process of using Web applications.This mechanism restricts the Web service providers' behavior of collecting and using users' personal data without users' permission,and strengthens the users' ability to control their personal data.Users have complete control over the personal data they generate while using the Web services,and it is up to users to decide whether to share their personal data with other agencies and to which organizations to share their personal data.This paper designs the key system model and corresponding operation flow in this mechanism,and describes three key parts of the mechanism in detail: data storage mechanism,encryption mechanism and data trading mechanism.The data storage mechanism constrains the behavior of Web service provider to collect users' personal data privately.The encryption mechanism ensures that the generated user data is controlled by users.And the data trading mechanism enables users to decide which institutions to trade their own data.In addition,to encourage Web service providers to assist users to collect their personal data,we uses Stackelberg Game to model the problem of revenue sharing in the data trading process,and verifies the rationality of the scheme through simulation.Finally,in order to verify the feasibility of personal data security management mechanism,this paper designs and implements a personal data security management platform based on this mechanism.We analyses the design requirements of the application platform,shows the realization of its main modules,and finally analyses the security of the platform,thus reflecting the practical significance of the personal data security management mechanism.
