Design And Implementation Of Purchasing Management Information Platform For A Cigarette Factory

In recent years,the government has put forward high requirements for procurement management in the tobacco industry.To ensure the national standards are met and the system works efficiently,Zhongyan Great Wall Cigar Factory has been taking active part in updating its procurement system by analyzing the current procurement management and establishing a procurement management information platform(hereinafter referred to as information platform).To begin with,this paper will assess the current procurement management of Sichuan Zhongyan Great Wall Cigar Factory and review the work flow control.Second,an comprehensive requirements and functions for the new information platform are formed,based on the assessment and the review.Then,some of the successful information platform that have already been implemented in the domestic tobacco industry are worthy of the reference.Last,but most importantly,a well designed new information platform,containing Portal engine,UI engine,organization engine(LDAP/WindowsAD),workflow engine(BPEl,WS-CDL),and other network programming technologies and network construction technologies which complying with the current SOA framework,will be proposed.Additionally,this paper will also show how the information platform will achieve the expectation through an actual information platform demonstration.
