| Information goes first when it comes to technolegy innnovation.In the era of knowledge economy,digital economy and market economy integarated deeply,information plays a role in the whole process of scientific research and production,in a certain sense,the demand for intelligence in the development of productivity is more urgent than energy and materials.The effects of scientific and technical information functional system under the environment of innovative province construction is mainly reflected in its service effects to promote the comprehensive ability of regional innovation.Through literature analysis,the service effects of information system to science and technology innovation can be roughly divided into five aspects:decision support(integration of science and technology innovation resources,provision of scientific and technological information demand services);prospective assessment(reviewing historical data to sum up the law of scientific research development,collecting and analyzing information on scientific and technological innovation resources,also evaluating the development situation of scientific research);monitoring and feedback(marking the frontier of scientific and technological innovation at home and abroad,multi-channel,dynamic response to the market demand,policy-oriented,mechanism adjustment of scientific and technological information products export);information security(maintaining intellectual property rights and information security,fostering intelligence literacy,optimizing the innovation environment).The thesis is mainly divided into four parts:introduction,text,summary and outlook,thanks.Specifically divided into six chapters:Chapter ?:Introduction.The realistic background,research purpose,research significance,research ideas,research contents,research methods and innovation points of this thesis are explained.Chapter ?:The theoretical background of the research.First of all,using Citespace ? sofltware to carry out keyword co-occurrence and theme distribution analysis,to determine the innovation theory related to the construction of innovative provinces in Anhui,mainly including innovation-driven,independent innovation and regional innovation.Based on the theory of the effects of sci-tech information to innovation and the related theory of sci-tech information function system serving the innovation process,this thesis discusses the theoretical origin of sci-tech information function system's construction in innovative provinces,and builds the innovation service framework of sci-tech information function systemChapter ?:Situation analysis and framework construction.By synthesizing the innovation theory and relevant evaluating indicators also the specific requirements of Anhui policy system about innovative province construction,this thesis extracts the core indicators of Anhui innovative province construction.Based on the data of relevant statistical yearbooks and the current situation of innovative construction in Anhui,this research compares the relative index data of regional innovation at home and abroad to analyzes the present situation of Anhui innovative province construction and its specific demand for scientific and technical information function system.On that basis,the thesis integrates previous theoretical research conclusions,to build a model of scientific and technological information function system for Anhui innovative province construction.Chapter ?:Index system determination and evaluation.Integrating the DPMCS(Decision,Prospect,Monitoring,Coordination,Security),five effectsal modules of the sci-tech information function system and their specific service contents,the theoretical model indexes are systematized,combined with the expert opinions,and the yaahp10.3 software is used to carry out the hierarchical analysis.By using grey statistics,the evaluation index system for constructing scientific and technological information support in innovative provinces of Anhui province is selected and determined.On this basis,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is carried out,and the empirical data is used to test the index system,also the present situation of scientific and technical information functional system for Anhui innovative province construction has been evaluated,so as to highlight the shortcomings of Anhui and orient the direction of system optimization.Chapter ?:Optimizing solutions and countermeasures.In conclusion,synthesizing above qualitative and quantitative research,drawing lessons from advanced experiences in the construction of regional innovative information function system at home and abroad,and probing into the optimized scheme for the construction of scientific and technological information function system in innovative provinces,suitable for Anhui.Chapter ?:Summaries and prospects.Summarizing the research,this chapter expounds the main contributions of the research,points out the limitations of the research,and looks forward to the future research direction. |
