With the rapid development of internet media,it has been greatly improved the public's inherent impression and use of the media.Especially,after the widespread popularity of Weibo,it has taken a innovation of the way in exchanging information among the audience.For this reason,there have been many internet mass incidents happened on Weibo in recent years.The fundamental feature is that they benefit from the exposure of the online platform and successfully spread the fermentation through Weibo as a medium.Eventually,the solution of the internet mass incidents also involved in new media.This paper takes the incident about red-yellow-blue kindergartens as the starting point then analyzes the rhetorical texts of the three types of rhetorical communication subjects in this incident.As one of the largest network communication platforms,Weibo is characterized by a huge consensus field in the event.This kind of network consensus field gathers different subjects to the center of the event stage.Weibo not only acts as a medium in the communication of event,but also give the different subjects the chance to arrange agenda-settings to express their views.For this reason,exploring the rhetorical strategies of three rhetorical communication subjects for the same network event has become a breakthrough point in the study of internet mass crisis incident.The rhetorical situation and rhetorical strategy of each communication subject are viewed from three dimensions: analyzing the rhetorical means of netizens and their personal willingness in internet mass incident,sorting the rhetorical framework of consensus in the internet mass incident,observing the solution of the government how to alleviate the sensational pressure of the incident on the network environment and restore the image after the affected by the network consensus crisis.In the study,it is summarized that netizens would like to use non-resistive rhetorical strategies based on opinion pressure,The internet opinion leaders would like to express their opinions to form a opinion community,but the official prefer to deal with the crisis by adopting a strategy of observing firstly then solving it.This study starts from the communication and rhetoric first explains the concept of network mass events and rhetoric,then summarizes the rhetorical framework and communication theory in communication rhetoric,and then selects different samples to analyze the internet mass incidents problem.The text of the type of rhetorical body analyzes the rhetorical structure of relevant texts in Weibo.The method of text analysis is used to deconstruct the content of Weibo text after the searching and collecting,and to summarize the characteristics of rhetoric communication of various types of rhetorical subjects in internet mass incidents.Finally,the rhetoric of various categories of rhetorical subjects in internet mass incident is summarized.The framework situation serves as a supplementary reference for future internet rhetoric research.
