As of March 2018,the number of WeChat active users reached 1.04 billion,and the total number of WeChat public accounts exceeded 10 million.WeChat has become one of the main ways of national life,and the public number has become one of the functions used by WeChat users.The prevalence of postmodernism,the driving of commercial interests,the pan-entertainment of popular culture,and the low media literacy of the audience have led to the attention of the media and the audience in the field of pan-entertainment such as stars and animation.The star's gossip,dressing,speech and other information flooded the major social media platforms,which can be seen from the list of Weibo hot search list.With the continuous development of WeChat and WeChat public number,the star issue is the year-round theme of the entertainment WeChat public article,and its content has certain research value.In the new media environment,compared with other groups,the female star's communication advantage is more prominent:female stars,as a female group with high social awareness,are always on the lookout of their behaviors,and their influence on social public opinion and gender is worthy of attention.As a new media platform,the entertainment WeChat public number,how to construct a female star,what kind of female star image is constructed,what progress and shortcomings in the process of construction,and suggestions for improvement of the lack of it,this is what this paper wants to explored.In this paper,based on the literature research,text analysis,case analysis,and questionnaire survey methods,select the representative entertainment WeChat public number "Taohonglibai" and "Luoyansu" for the research cases,the analysis and quantification of the text content,combing the actual situation of the construction of the female star image and exploring the problems reflected behind it.The first part of the thesis is the introduction part,which mainly clarifies the source of the topic,the purpose and significance of the research,as well as the basic research issues at home and abroad.The second part of this paper includes the first to fourth chapters.The first chapter discusses the female stars constructed by traditional media,and analyzes the characteristics of its construction and the status of the audience.Subsequently,it discusses the main platform for the construction of female star image in the new media,and the construction of the female star image on this basis,as well as the audience with enhanced status in the new media.Finally,introduce the entertainment WeChat public number that shapes the female star image.The second and third chapters of the thesis are the core chapters of this paper.The second chapter is mainly about the content analysis of the research samples extracted from "Taohonglibai" and"Luoyansu".Based on the data analysis of the questionnaire,the research samples are quantified and qualitatively analyzed.First,the sampling method is used to determine the research sample,and the article theme,article tone,article perspective,and role gender of the push content in the sample are separately counted.Then,from the beauty framework of the body,the body destructive framework,the drama framework,the star anecdoable framework,the business capability framework,and the public issue framework,we analyzed the difference between the frame setting of"Taohonglibai" and "Luoyansu" and the difference of the constructed female star image.Finally,summarize the characteristics of female stars in the entertainment WeChat public account.The third chapter takes the content of the previous chapter and analyzes the two major paths that affect the image construction of the female WeChat public star:feminism and consumerism.The author believes that the entertainment WeChat public account shows women's growth to a certain extent and conveys gender awareness.However,due to the penetration of consumer culture,it is easy to fall into the mud of consumerism with the feminist banner.On the other hand,the entertainment WeChat public account does not pay attention to dealing with gender relations while promoting female consciousness,which will aggravate the friction between the two sexes.The lack of rational and firm feminist spirit is destined to have a long way to go in building the image of female stars and propagating feminist ideas.The fourth chapter of the thesis is based on the audience's survey on the image construction of the entertainment WeChat public female star.In view of the construction of the entertainment WeChat public number in the image of female stars,the new media era is considered from the three levels of film and television culture industry,media and all women.The female star image constructs this problem.To improve the status quo of female star image construction,it is inseparable from the construction of relevant national regulatory level,the adjustment of film and television culture industry,the improvement of professionalism of media and media practitioners,and the change of gender concept.The most important thing is female self-consciousness.The awakening includes the female consciousness of female stars and the self-presentation of multiple images,the awakening of all women's self-awareness and the alertness of male power thinking.The emergence of new media is a good opportunity to improve the image of female stars in the media and promote gender,but from the current situation,social media has not changed this situation.In the context of consumer culture,if the media only pursues the maximization of profits,neglecting the female group in order to attract the attention of the audience will inevitably lead to the incompleteness,distortion,inaccuracy and retrogression of the female image.Paying attention to and examining the relationship between gender and media,online media should construct the image of female stars from the perspective of gender equality,and at the same time respond to the needs of advanced and excellent female stars to construct themselves,disseminate advanced thoughts and behaviors and positive self-expression to show women's complete life.At the same time,all women's own awakening and efforts are needed.In the final conclusion,the article gives a final summary of the previous content.
