The core question of this study is:what kind of emotion does the Qing dynasty palace drama topic convey,what are the characteristics of such emotion,and what influence does it have on the audience?In 2018,"Story of Yanxi Palace" and "Ruyi\'s Royal Love in the Palace",two Qing Dynasty dramas,both caused a phenomenal viewing boom and triggered heated discussions on social media.They have strong attention and deserve our attention.Looking back on China's past TV dramas,it is not difficult to find that as early as 1999,the Qing dynasty drama "princess huanzhu" created a spectacular audience of 10,000 people.it left a deep impression on numerous memories of youth audiences after the 1980s and 1990s,and became an important cultural memory and symbol at the turn of the century.even 20 years later,Hunan satellite TV still plays "princess huanzhu" in summer,which has become a hot topic among netizens.When we try to look at the domestic TV market at present,it is not difficult to find that Qing Dynasty dramas still occupy half of the TV market in our country.Whether it is the early two-year Qing Dynasty dramas "Palace Lock Heart Jade" and "treading on thin ice",or the following Qing Dynasty dramas "The Legend of the Imperial Palace Zhen Huan","Story of Yanxi Palace" and "Ruyi\'s Royal Love in the Palace",the endless Qing Dynasty dramas continue to create time and time again viewing myths and gain fans of large audiences.In addition,Qing Dynasty dramas such as Zhen Huan Chuan and Story of Yanxi Palace have successively gone abroad and exported to Japan,South Korea,the United States and other countries.Besides gaining the recognition of domestic audiences,they have also gained the favor of a large number of foreign audiences.It is indeed a cultural phenomenon worthy of our attention that Qing Dynasty dramas have such high influence.So how do Qing Dynasty dramas cater to and induce the broad audience,how do they spread their emotions to the audience,what are the characteristics of these emotions,and how should we view the spread of such emotions in Qing Dynasty dramas?With such doubts,the author attempts to explore this issue from the perspective of emotional communication and audience influence.Audience has always played an important role in the production process of film and television artistic works.The inherent strong commodity attribute of film and television works determines that the feedback of audiences must be considered in the production of a film and television work.In the context of today's consumer society,whether it is movies or TV plays,it is necessary to incorporate the audience's emotional demands into their production process in advance to ensure their commercial income.Through the research on the emotional communication and audience influence of Qing dynasty palace drama,we can explain and describe the real emotional orientation of TV audience,find out the problems behind it,and propose solutions to how to correctly communicate emotional values and create a positive and healthy space for TV culture development.Through the research,the author also tried to reflect on how to construct the emotional civilization of the Qing dynasty palace drama from the perspective of communication and reflection.The structure of this paper is divided into the following six parts:The first part is an introduction,mainly explaining the source of the topic of the paperAnd it also provides an objective research basis for the writing of this article.The second part is to sort out the 30-year development of Qing dynasty palace dramas in China,including the definition of themes,classification of types,etc.The third part,from the perspective of text and narrative,analyzes the emotional transmission of Qing dynasty palace drama.The fourth part,starting from the mechanism and strategy of emotional communication,analyzes the characteristics and strategies of emotional communication in Qing dynasty palace drama.The fifth part,mainly from the audience's point of view,analyzes the Qing Dynasty palace drama's emotion dissemination to the audience what influence.This part adopts the method of questionnaire and in-depth interview to summarize and evaluate the emotional communication,value communication and audience's cognition in Qing dynasty palace drama.The sixth part mainly analyzes the reflection on the value brought by the emotional communication of Qing dynasty palace dramas.on the basis of analyzing the emotional characteristics of the audience,combined with the shortcomings of TV dramas in emotional communication,it puts forward arguments,deficiencies and suggestions for further deepening the development of Chinese Qing dynasty palace dramas and historical theme TV dramas.
