Online Swimsuits Customization

The main purpose of this study is to present the feasibility of creating a platform for the online purchase of custom and standard swimwear.The present study will begin in the Republic of Ecuador and then expand throughout Latin America.This project is thought by my own need of not finding stores where I can buy swimsuits that allow to combine sizes or colors.The idea also came as observation of the minimum variety of options that exist in the Ecuadorian swimsuit market in terms of colors and fabrics.Swimsuits are considered the second skin when going to a pool or on the beach,reflect the personality of people and are also considered a pledge of cultural change and liberation of men and women.The swimsuits have had to go through several stages and today play an important role in the growth of the fashion industry and clothing.Another important point of this study is to analyze how people increasingly prefer to buy online rather than in retails for the different advantages that an online platform represents.We will analyze the fashion industry trends as well as the swimsuit market and especially the purchases through the e-commerce.We will present a financial study with three scenarios to verify if the project will be profitable and all the initial investments that we would need to start.In conclusion a successful implementation of the project will help to the reactivation of an Ecuadorian province affected by the earthquake and where the project will be developed.It will also satisfy the need for men and women to find personalized bathing suits that fit their bodies...
