| HART protocol is the abbreviation of high-speed channel for addressable remote sensors.It is a communication protocol between field smart meters and control devices introduced by American Rosement in 1985.The HART communication controller adopts two modulation and demodulation technologies: FSK(Frequency-shift keying)and C8PSK(Phase-shift keying),the data transmission rate of FSK is 1200 bps,and the data transmission rate of C8 PSK can reach 9600 bps.Due to the high power consumption of the HART communication controller designed by the existing C8 PSK modulation and demodulation technology,there is no HART communication controller product based on C8 PSK modulation and demodulation technology in the instrumentation equipment.After analyzing the existing C8 PSK modulation and demodulation technology,design a new C8 PSK modulation and demodulation circuit.Propose a new C8 PSK modulation circuit implementation method,using current synthesis technology to generate C8 PSK signals,and designs a frequency-accurate and amplitude-adjustable triangular wave generation circuit to ensure the C8 PSK waveform has high precision.Designs a CMOS transistor array to demodulate the C8 PSK signal and the circuit is designed for low power consumption.Comparing with the traditional method,the method has a simple circuit structure and greatly reduces power consumption,finally,the power consumption of chip is 0.4mW.The circuit designed is based on the domestic Huahong HHNEC BCD350GE0.35μm process.After rigorous theoretical analysis and experiments,it is fully verified that the design proposal is completely feasible,and through a large number of simulation verification,the correctness of the design is guaranteed.Uses Cadence to design and simulate each analog circuit function module,uses HSPICE for circuit performance analysis,uses Modelsim to simulate the digital circuit function module,and uses ADMS for analog-to-digital imitation.Finally,the circuit layout is designed and pass the DRC and LVS rule inspection,and the layout area is 2500μm×2160μm. |
