Research On Transformation And Upgrading Of Archives Work Based On Front End Control Thought

The development and transformation of archives work is a dynamic process,which is composed of several stages.The focus of each stage and the main service objects are different.The solution to the main contradictions in the current stage is called transformation and upgrading.The development and popularization of emerging technologies such as big data and cloud computing have brought new opportunities for the development and transformation of archival work,and at the same time raised new challenges.The National Archives Bureau clearly stated that the archives work should be based on the situation and take advantage of the situation,accelerate the transformation and upgrading,and gradually realize the modernization of archives management with information as the core.On the basis of fully understanding the national informatization development strategy,the archival academic community should take the initiative to promote the research on the transformation and upgrading of archives work into its own research topics,enrich the content of Archival Knowledge System in theory and provide useful reference for the development and reform of archival work in practice.This paper combines the front-end control ideas and the modern archives work management concept to explore the direction and path of the transformation and upgrading of archives work based on development and change.First of all,this paper makes an analysis of the current situation of the four main aspects which affect the overall development of archives work in China:working mode,infrastructure,laws and regulations,policies and standards,and points out their respective problems,which are mainly manifested in the inefficient solidification of archives work mode,the backward allocation of infrastructure,the backward formulation of laws and regulations and policies,and the low complementarity of standards and norms,as well as many gaps and poor operability and so on.Secondly,through the analysis of the changes in the form of archival information,the updating of the use of information resources,the awakening of public legal awareness and the improvement of the cognitive level of social archives,we will find out the driving force for the transformation and upgrading of all aspects of archival work.New needs,clear the necessity and urgency of the transformation and upgrading of archives work.Finally,aiming at the main problems in all aspects of archival work,starting from the essence of front-end control thoughts,taking system concept as the guide,from improving ideological concepts and professional ethics to strengthening work skills training and building professional talents,exploring the direction and specific path of the transformation and upgrading of archives work from multiple angles,and at the same time constructing a supervision mechanism that is compatible with all aspects of work transformation and upgrading,providing necessary guarantee for the transformation and upgrading of archives work.
