| As the most influential cultural feast of China's mainstream media CCTV.Spring Festival gala of CCTV(later referred to as "Spring Festival gala")has been successfully held for more than 30 years since it was launched in 1983.In 2013.Liu qibao,head of the publicity department of the CPC central committee,proposed positioning the gala as a national project,hoping to gather all social forces to hold the gala,which shows the enormous influence of the gala.Foreigners have been involved in the show since its inception.For example,in 1988,Karlo from Yugoslavia participated in the crosstalk dialogue,full of jokes.In 1989,Sang Yang,a student studying in China,performed the Peking Opera "the story of su SAN qi jie" with the crosstalk performer Feng Gong.In the 21st century,especially with China's accession to the WTO and the success of the Olympic bid,the frequency of inviting foreigners to participate in the gala has increased,and inviting foreigners to participate has become almost a "routine".In the 2018 Spring Festival gala,there are as many as 22 foreign performers(groups),and this gala has become the largest number of foreign participants so far! The gala has gradually become a gala for people all over the'world to celebrate together,showing more and more "the world"feelings.The participation of foreigners in the Spring Festival gala is a direct way to express the explicit relationship between China and foreign countries.Foreign actors and actresses are international and a "symbol" of foreign cultures.Participating in the Spring Festival gala also brings certain openness to the gala,which is in line with the self-positioning of the Spring Festival gala "open the door to host the Spring Festival gala".The open positioning mechanism makes the gala not only a stage to show the traditional Chinese festival culture,but also a "get-together" to show the foreign culture,the sino-foreign relations,and the interaction and integration of diverse cultures.But behind the frequent communication with some embarrassment,the 2018 Spring Festival gala sketch "and hi who invited many African friends and cooperate with Chinese actors,aims to show the "area" era under the background of china-africa friendship,but after the broadcast,including the BBC,NewYork Times,etc.Some foreign media's negative reports,reported that sketch "racial discrimination" meaning,it is the contradiction between the transmitter and receiver.Therefore,in today's opening up to the outside world,it is worth paying attention to how the meaning of theSpring Festival gala should be constructed to be better accepted by "others" and how the programs performed by foreigners should be narrated to achieve positive communication effects.In this study,a total of 36,1983-2018 annual gala foreigners wishing to show as the research object,analysis of Chinese and foreign cultural symbol of interactive narrative and fixed narrative presented show meaning behind it,and through the foreign media reports on the related programs confirm whether show the meaning of the narrative to get accurate spread abroad,in order for the Spring Festival gala abroad,speak well Chinese practice provides a direction of the story.The research is mainly divided into six parts:the first chapter is the introduction,which briefly explains the background of the topic,the significance of the research,the relevant theories and the research status at home and abroad;The second chapter analyzes the "national" feelings of the Spring Festival gala through Benedict Anderson s "imaginary community" theory,combing the program names and host words performed by foreigners in the Spring Festival gala from 1983 to 2018,summarizing the significance of the program and affirming its positive role in the construction of "national community";The third chapter analyzes the program narrative strategy according to the program type,counts the symbols of Chinese and foreign cultural elements in the program and their interactive ways,discusses how the symbols of Chinese and foreign cultural elements serve the construction of program meaning through specific narrative strategies,and what kind of Chinese image is created accordingly.In the fourth chapter,foreign media reports on such programs are used to discuss their external communication effects,so as to verify whether the program significance is accurately transmitted and whether it plays a positive role in the communication process,so as to form a comprehensive understanding of whether the program truly serves the construction of China's image.The fifth chapter is the discovery,revelation and deficiency of the research,and puts forward the development strategy of the program performed by foreigners in the context of globalization.Through the above analysis concluded that foreigners wishing to show through the preconceptions Chinese symbol,fixed narrative strategy to serve the shape has a profound national culture,have good diplomatic relations and multi-cultural compatibility and image of the country's imagination,but in the process of foreign spread because of the difference of national historical and cultural roots of easily caused by the contradiction between the two sides of the same program.Therefore,in the creation of such programs in the future,the globalization context should be taken into account,and the various influential factors in the process of cross-cultural communication should be fully considered,so as to realize the effective communication of program significance and tell Chinese stories well... |
