UWB(Ultra-Wideband)is an electromagnetic wave with a bandwidth of over 500MHz or a relative bandwidth of exceeding 20%.It originated in the field of communication technology and has been widely used in the field of radar imaging and positioning in recent years.In 2002,FCC authorized 3.1 GHz-10.6 GHz frequency band electromagnetic wave to be used without a proposal,which accelerated the research on UWB technology.As a new type of electromagnetic wave technology,UWB technology has become a hot spot in the field of non-contact,bio-friendly imaging and detection because of its strong penetrability,low transmission power and rich information.The literature indicates that ultra-wideband time domain imaging has the problem of imaging edge blurring,which restricts the popularization and application of ultra-wideband imaging technology.Although ultra-wideband detection technology is rarely reported at present,ultra-wideband and THz are highly similar electromagnetic waves,so ultra-wideband detection technology is expected to become a new type of non-visual non-contact detection technology.On the basis of systematic review and analysis of a large number of relevant literature,this paper carried out the research on UWB imaging technology and detection technology.The main innovative work of this paper is as follows,1.Established an experimental system platform for UWB imaging and detection.It includes a hardware system containing a 30ps ultra-narrow pulse width signal transmitting source,and a data analysis system and simulation platform independently written by MATLAB;2.A hardware-mediated UWB decoupling imaging algorithm is proposed.Firstly,it is determined that the width of the transmitting source pulse signal will seriously affect the sharpness of the imaging edge.For this reason,an ultra-wideband hardware-mediated decoupling(UWB-HMD)imaging algorithm that introduces source information is developed and verified by simulation and experiment.;3.A non-contact quantitative analysis method of electrical conductivity of salt solution based on UWB transmission absorption was proposed.The results showed that the detection limit of the method was O.010S/cm and the RSD was 4.0%;4.An UWB transmission absorption method was proposed for the classification of three colorless transparent liquids:NaCl solution,alcohol solution and glucose solution.It includes qualitative classification information obtained by using S VM and kNN,and quantitative solution concentration information obtained by multiple linear regression and exponential regression.
