In recent years,infrared imaging has been widely used in military and civilian fields due to its advantages of long distance,good anti-interference,strong penetrability and ability to work around the clock.For example,in the military field,the development of infrared guidance systems capable of capturing various targets and various infrared counter measure equipment is a very important issue in modern warfare.In the civilian field,the emergence of various infrared security equipments has greatly protected the safety of people's lives.Under these circumstances,a large number of infrared images under various conditions are urgently needed for testing,training,and evaluation.However,at the present stage,when infrared images are acquired through the shooting range test,it takes a long time and a lot of manpower,material resources and financial resources,and it is difficult to obtain various infrared images at different times and in different environments.Infrared images of military targets are difficult to capture.All these above will greatly affect the performance of various infrared systems.Aiming at constructing an infrared simulation system supporting multi-band,the dissertation studies on infrared imaging link,simulation frame design and simulation system computing performance and other key issues,and finally completes the simulation of infrared images of different bands.It has certain reference significance for the subsequent domestic independent research and development related to commercial software.The main contributions of the dissertation are summarized as follows:(1)Based on the radiation transmission theory,through the analysis of the influence of solar,atmospheric and geothermal radiation on infrared imaging,all the factors that need to be considered in the whole infrared simulation process are improved and established,and the mathematical model of infrared imaging link is established.In the process of analysis and modeling,the interactions between the external environment and the scene,the interaction between objects inside the scene are fully considered,so that the established model is more accurate,and the accuracy of the simulated image is improved.(2)Based on the infrared imaging link model established above,an infrared imaging simulation framework based on 3D scene is proposed.According to the modular,hierarchical and systematic design principles that foreign mature commercial simulation software follows in the design process,the simulation framework is divided into different modules according to the infrared imaging process,and further hierarchical division is carried out for different modules.The key technologies of each part are analyzed and studied.(3)Aiming at the time-consuming problem of imaging simulation based on 3D scene,a high-performance simulation optimization method is proposed.The design optimization method combines offline and online for the simulation process,and the key computing module uses GPU for parallel acceleration optimization.The result is a significant increase in computational efficiency.After analyzing the performance calculation of the scene of the 100,000-face-scale scale,compared with the unoptimized calculation performance,the optimized system achieved a speedup increase about ten times.(4)An infrared imaging simulation prototype system based on 3D scene is designed and developed to realize the generation of infrared image sequences under different bandwidths,different time periods and different visibility conditions.Through the comprehensive analysis of the simulation results,the infrared temperature inversion results are consistent with the measured temperature change trend,and the sequence simulation image results can realistically reflect the physical changes of the actual scene,which verifies the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed framework and model method.
