The fifth-generation mobile communication(5G)will provide differentiated scenario support and integrate multiple access methods to provide users with diverse service experiences.At the same time,5G will have more flexible and intelligent deployment and operations,and future networks will be limited by a variety of technical and service requirements in terms of throughput,latency,reliability,availability,energy efficiency and cost.With the help of software-defined network and network function virtualization technology,network slicing technology realizes the instantiation of isolated virtual sub-networks on the same physical infrastructure for specific business scenario requirements,and deploys services with different requirements such as delay,availability,mobility and reliability on them.In view of the research progress and shortcomings of current network slicing,we discuss the various mechanisms of network slicing in the context of 5G optical fronthaul network.The main work and achievements are as follows:1)A multi-domain network slicing architecture for heterogeneous resources based on centralized control of SDN is designed.It supports optical switching and packet switching at the same time,and realizes unified network slices orchestration of optical domain and packet domain by virtualizing heterogeneous network resources.A SDN-based network slicing experiment platform is designed and implemented.2)Considering the requirements of different services in the 5G scenario,according to the principle of network slicing isolation and service customization,a service-aware dynamic network slicing scheme supporting delay-sensitive services in 5G fronthaul is proposed to ensure the quality of service for delay-sensitive services.The experiment results show that the service-aware network slicing scheme can effectively guarantee the service quality of delay-sensitive network services.3)Based on the resource scheduling problem under different service requirements in TWDM-PON,a multi-granularity resource scheduling algorithm based on network slice is proposed.The algorithm introduces the service feature weights to meet the service characteristics of the low-latency scenario and the large-bandwidth scenario.The experiment results show that the proposed resource scheduling algorithm can guarantee the service quality of delay-sensitive services and large-bandwidth services in 5G scenarios,and is able to improve resource utilization by about 50%.4)Propose a network slicing service prototype system with open support capability,and realize the open API and Web UI.The platform can be used as a NSaaS platform to directly or indirectly provide network slice customization and visualization to third-party customers,and realize the capability of network slice management and traffic monitoring.
