Research On Control Of Influencing Factors Of Quality And Safety Of Agricultural Products On B2C E-commerce Platform

The quality and safety of agricultural products determine the progress of Chinese agriculture and are closely linked to the physical and mental health of the population.With the expansion of the e-commerce environment,the rapid growth of various industries,and the steady rise of the economic level of population,online shopping is gradually replacing supermarket shopping,and B2 C e-business platforms have been transformed into a major ways for the population to purchase agricultural products.However,in recent years,China B2 C e-commerce platforms have raised concerns about the quality and safety of agricultural products,posing new risks and hidden dangers to the healthy development of agricultural products and attracting government and public attention.This article examines the research-based factors affecting the quality and safety of farm products sold on B2 C e-business platforms and presents a detailed study based on a matter-based and comprehensively uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method,statistical analysis method and other analysis of relevant scientific literature and a general interpretation of relevant research theories.The study analyze the evolution of agricultural products in today e-commerce environment,the problem and its possible causes,using information on samples of unqualified food published by the relevant authorities as the object of study to provide a more accurate picture of the study.Bringing together expert and scientific studies on the elements impacting the quality and safety of farm products,the study divides the factors impacting the quality and safety of farm products on B2 C e-commerce platforms into four dimensions: production resources,processing and production,storage and transportation,and regulatory measures.Based on the results of previous studies,indicators are selected,compared and ranked,and a framework of factors impacting the quality and safety of farm products on B2 C ecommerce platforms is developed.Factor analysis of 18 indicators was conducted using SPSS measurement software to obtain a factor model of the impact of B2 C e-commerce platforms on farm products quality and safety.According to the results of the empirical research,the effect of each element on the quality and safety of agricultural products on B2 C e-commerce platforms is studied in depth.The empirical analysis of the elements impacting the quality and safety of farm products on B2 C e-commerce platforms shows that four main influencing factors-source of production,processing and manufacturing,storage and transportation,and regulatory measures-play an important role in the quality and safety of agricultural products on B2 C e-commerce platforms,and finally,an answer is provided on how to ensure the quality and safety of farm products on B2 C e-business platforms in the current market conditions:using B2 C e-business platforms for supply chain start-up;Government policy should play an active role;in addressing the information asymmetry regarding farm products offered on B2 C e-business platforms;by improving the regulatory framework for quality and safety of farm products offered on B2 C e-business platforms;strengthening public awareness of quality and safety communication activities.
