Research on Spiral Algae Remote Monitoring System Based on S7-200 smart.lt uses PLC technology,NI technology,Labview technology and data compression model in spirulina production.Compared with the traditional relay control technology,the control system has the advantages of short period,high reliability,high real-time performance and long-term continuous monitoring.The traditional spirulina production line remote monitoring system is mainly PLC control technology,remote launch module,as well as their own development of mobile APP,but the design method is not only difficult to develop,long development cycle,high cost,and real-time is not high,poor stability,Prone to failure,if serious,will cause a large number of spirulina death.The key work of this study is the design of remote monitoring system for Spirulina production.Hardware design mainly based on the actual situation of the scene and the Spirulina production requirements of the control system is divided into training pool,sink,drying tower and dust tower four main areas.Based on the system control requirements to select the appropriate main controller,sensors,inverters,relays and other equipment,in the selection process,not only to consider the accuracy and stability of the device,but also consider its cost.System software including PLC ladder design,Labview PC monitoring interface design and Data Dashboard phone APP design.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the fact that according to the characteristics of serial communication and data compression,three compression models are proposed to compress communication data,which overcomes the problem of monitoring and measuring errors,improves data transmission efficiency and obtains satisfactory monitoring result.
