The study of software requirements engineering is to extensive exchange with the users to determine the target application system, the target software that best meet users’needs. With the growing size of computer software, software requirements become more complex, demand for acquisition and analysis of software is also increasingly more important. Most study of software requirements are for the functional requirements, the lack of effective non-functional requirements analysis. Non-functional requirements (NFR) is an important indicator, a measure of whether the software satisfices the customer satisfaction or not, which is very important for software development. So determining non-functional requirements in the system development process must be based on the user’s expectations. Therefore, the study of hierarchical model based on non-functional requirements for software modeling can not only improve the theoretical system of non-functional requirements, but also can develop the trustworthy software in a complex environment effectively.By use of software quality model and comprehensive evaluation theory, this paper builds the non-functional requirements hierarchical model, and verifies the validity of the model. The main studies are as follows:First, the level characteristics of non-functional requirement of the analysis be studied, and non-functional requirement hierarchical model was built on the basis of software quality model. Secondly, according to non-functional element to build the hierarchy of requirements model, a general mechanism for non-functional requirements definition element be proposed. Then non-functional requirement hierarchical model was validated by the use of ordered weighted averaging operator comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, case studies, empirical research through the e-commerce website and verify the correctness of the model’s practicality. This paper provided a practical method for acquisition and analysis of non-functional requirements.
