Currently,a great deal of information collected in social aspects related with cases have a rather low efficiency,and the amount of information is little too,resulting in providing no clues for the case which is delayed to crack down.In order to accomplish a better relevant information acquisition,this paper takes second-hand mobile phone transaction information for example,achieves the function of information collection and alarming via studying and designing.Aiming at the status quo of second-hand mobile phone transaction market and the management need of it,for the sake of cracking down many kinds of related cases,this paper designs second-hand mobile phone transaction information collection and alarming system.this system will provide a real-time information-based management platform on the second-hand mobile phone transaction information for the criminal investigation department,facilitating the effective control and management of the second-hand mobile phone.This system can provide the clues timely by rolling contrast alarm between the transacted phone and that involved in cases,giving a strong provision for the public security organs to fight against the cases.At the same time,this system is a major project of golden shield project,on the other hand,other electronic products transaction information collection platform which is similar to this system can be established with reference through system operation and the feedback of its result.In this paper,the system requirements have been determined,then a design of this system has been made.This paper designs the structural and logical framework,defines the modules.The network architecture is implemented combining with the safe access of public security network and data exchanging,of which the applying service placed forward function is tried progressively.On basis of the work above,J2 EE is used to carry this system out.The transaction information collection and alarming function has been offered since,and a tremendous effect is achieved to assist the criminal investigation department on cracking down a lot of relative cases.
