Throughout the development of modern military technology,radar has always played a vital role in the defense military system,sometimes even determining the success or failure of the war.With the development of new system radar technology,the complexity of radar signals is increasing,the difficulty of testing and analyzing radar signals has also gradually increased.In order to solve the difficulties that exist in radar signal testing,the development of radar signal automatic test software based on high-performance microwave spectrum analyzer is conducted on the project of "National Major Scientific Instrument and Equipment Development",led by the 41 st institute of China Electronic Technology Group Corporation.The design and implementation process of the software are described in detail,and the main tasks include the following parts:(1)In this thesis,the composition of the automatic test system and the overall frame of the software are designed according to the development requirements.The software adopts the modular design method,and combines the interface technology to improve the design flexibility.Therefore,the system compatibility,inheritability and expansibility have been raised to a higher level when it compared with the traditional radar test system.(2)In order to select the analysis method which is more suitable for radar characteristics,signal parameter analysis method of each domain is integrated in this thesis.The modulation domain analysis mainly adopts the time-frequency joint parameter processing method,which is more consistent with the non-stationary characteristic of radar signal.Besides,for the parameter analysis of digital modulation signal,a coding signal identification method based on SPWVD is proposed,which can significantly improve the accuracy of the parameter estimation of the phase coded signal in low SNR.(3)According to the module division,the concrete realization of interface display,interface and parameter analysis function is carried out in this thesis.It mainly describe that realization method of automatic test function: The MFC unique message mechanism is used in this software to realize the automatic configuration of the signal test items,so that it can finish the analysis of characteristic parameters accord to the target of radar signal type.The software also adopts network and interface technology to realize the remote control of general test and measurement instruments,that makes the test system has the ability of automatic measurement,which can significantly reduce the test cost,reduce the reliability of manual intervention and improve the accuracy of test results.(4)Finally,the integrity of each function of the software is verified by comparison test.The test results show that each parameter analysis function has higher accuracy,and the verification process also illustrates the rationality of the software interface,display and other functional modules.The radar signal automatic test software developed in this thesis integrates multiple parameter analysis functions,which can replace a large number of test equipment and improve the test efficiency significantly.The automatic test system of radar signal based on software and high performance micro-spectrum analyzer has realized the complete localization,which can improve the competitiveness of similar products abroad and promote the development of radar r&d and testing technology.
