Abstract/Summary:
Nowadays, with the rapid development of Mobile Internet and Internet of Things (i.e. IoT), a series of new wireless communication technologies and standards have emerged. In order to keep up with the development trend of IoT,chipmakers and manufacturers put forward a growing number of new demands for wireless signal testing. However, it is hard for traditional wireless signal test schemes to generate new radio signals, which will seriously slow down the efficiency of wireless signal testing. Therefore, the design and development of signal simulation software that supports new wireless communication technologies and standards is particularly important. In addition, with the continuous accumulation of sophisticated manufacturing technology and electronic technology, more and more domestic manufacturers are able to independently produce wireless signal generators and microwave devices with excellent performance. However, the lack of application software that supports domestic devices has greatly limited the market share and competitiveness of such products. Thus, developing software that is compatible with various types of devices can help improve the competitiveness of domestic hardware products as well as promote the development of domestic hardware manufacturing industry and IoT.The target of this research project is developing advanced wireless signal simulation software that is compatible with various wireless communication protocols and standards. The software also offers remote control of devices with different interfaces and models. The first part of this thesis expounds the research background and significance of the research project, and then follows the introduction of main studying contents, typical technical difficulties and key techniques. The second part analyzes the requirements and core functionality of the software, and then introduces the module partition, threads division and reliability design. The third part addresses the data interfaces between modules and styles of each page. The third part of the paper describes the detailed implementation of different modules in this wireless signal simulation software, and then emphasizes the data dependency and message mechanism between function modules. The last part of the article briefly introduces several major tests executed and the testing results, and then summarizes the features and application prospect of the software.
