Nowdays,with the high-speed development of transportation,the Chinese operational safety situation is not optimistic.The first "highway killer" and "accident culprit" is overload vehicles in freight transport vehicles.Traditionally,the way to control the overload transport is to set up overloading managing station along the highway,which is based on manual management.The control overload information system is often simple in configuration,single in function,poor in real-time,weak in interaction,and unable to achieve regional networking.In recent years,the Reform of Traffic Administrative Law Enforcement System was officially launched in China,there are issues such as limited increasing of staff numbers and the great expansion of administrative law enforcement business.On the basis of introducing the car-weighting-dynamically system,the development of the control overload information system is necessary to realize the remote management.The paper,based on the introduction of the system background and the corresponding research at home and abroad.puts forward the main research contents of the control overload information system.Through analyze the system requirements and combine with the essential technique of Java,Mvc and so on,the design is given about system development architecture,system function modules,system security architecture,system database and so on.By programming,it has been realization and testing of the system.Through the system running,the control overload information system based on the car-weighting-dynamically system is efficient,it's functions have achieved the expected targets and met the design requirements,With the application of the system,the efficiency for overload control has been improved and the unattended operation has been realized.
