With the rapid development of society and economy,China is facing the problem of rising prevalence of chronic diseases.To alleviate this problem,mobile health appli-cations(APP)provide a health management service that monitors and guides the user's personal health,thereby reducing the risk of chronic diseases.At present,although there are many health management related APPs published in the application market,these APPs are still insufficient in the attention of chronic diseases,and they do not effectively utilise user's health data,so it is difficult to play a comprehensive role of health management.Based on the above considerations,this paper designs and implements a personal health assistant system based on Android platform.Specifically,this system focuses on the collection and management of personal health data,and the assessment of user's health risks based on the collected health data,and the design of a complete consultation process for the user.The system is finally tested.The main contributions of this paper are as follows:1.Regarding the disease prediction,we implemented a disease prediction method based on bayesian network for diabetes,stroke and heart disease.The evaluation results on real dataset show that our Bayesian network method has an FI value of 0.949 on the diabetes dataset,which is higher than other traditional classification methods and is thus an accurate disease prediction method.2.Regarding the diagnosis process,we implemented both online consultation and of-fline booking based on instant messaging.In particular,the system incorporates personal health data into the consultation process,making it easier for doctors to understand the user's history and current health status,in order to improve diagnos-tic efficiency.3.Regarding the system testing,we designed test cases for each function,and used Monkey testing tool to conduct stress testing.The writing of this article is based on the“Personal Health Assistant and Medical Big Data Platform"(CERNET Innovation Project,NGII20150705).This project has passed the acceptance test of Cernet Corporation on June 15,2018.
