With the continuous development of network information technology,more and more traditional industries have used information technology to upgrade their production activities.Many online services emerged from food,entertainment,transportation,shopping,etc.By providing online services can effectively enhance the level of business information processing and the overall management efficiency of resources.However,the traditional reservation activities do not make full use of information technology,Most of them are still applying in the way of front desk registration or telephone communication.This kind of application is obsolete,and has the problems of Lengthy process,large probability of reservation conflict and low utilization rate of resources.In view of the shortcomings mentioned above,this paper uses information technology to remould traditional reservation activities,integrate the reservation resources with online services,and provide an open and unified reservation system to realize the connection between offline resources,resource users,resource managers,and system managers,and change the traditional reservation system isolated dispersed state,facilitates the centralized management of resources and makes the reservation activities more efficient and efficient.Based on B/S mode,Java language technology and MySQL relational database,this paper completes the development of open and unified appointment system.The system technology architecture adopts the MVC layered design concept,in which the front end mainly adopts the popular AJAX technology to improve the user's experience,and the back end is mainly implemented by the SpringMVC+Mybatis framework technology.The functions of the system include authority authentication,online reservation,data statistics,resource release,resource management,reservation record management,notice announcement and so on.The main work and innovations of this system mainly include: 1.Using AJAX asynchronous request method to achieve complete visualization of the schedule,providing the monthly view,weekly view,daily view three dimensions to facilitate the user's intuitive understanding of the current resource idle time to complete the appointment.2.Designing an efficient collision detection algorithm can guarantee that multiple users will not have conflicts when making resource reservations,which ensures the security and stability of system.3.Provides a unified access portal,reduces the time cost for users to find resources,and also facilitates management personnel to complete resource management and maintenance.4.The system is completely open to the outside world,and all users can make reservations to use and improve the utilization of resources.The development of this system has greatly enhanced the convenience of reservation activities and also improved the overall management efficiency of offline resources.
